These words validate your anger, need for rest, your obsessions, and your so-called too muchness because none of that was ever the problem!

I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD artist and therapist, which is how I know this actually matters. When the world constantly tells you you’re too much, your brain starts believing it. Reading something that says otherwise, over and over, builds new pathways over the ones society put there without asking. It’s a small thing but honestly has a real effect.

Shipping info 

Orders are processed and shipped within one week of purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days of shipping via Royal Mail. International delivery times vary by location but generally 7-14 working days. Please note these are estimates and Royal Mail occasionally takes longer, especially for international orders.

Standard delivery is not tracked. If you’d like tracking please choose the relevant shipping upgrade.

Occasionally there may be charges outside my control depending on your country. If you’re unsure what charges apply where you are it’s worth checking before ordering.
