How it works…

1. Use the form below to send your enquiry.

2. I review every submission within 2-3 business days

3. I’ll email you back with availability, a price quote, and next steps including payment details (payment is required to begin the drawing process). Please let me know if you’d like an instalment plan.

4. Email me pics for reference – the clearer the better!

5. I’ll obsessively craft over your drawing until it’s perfect, keeping you updated and involved. This step can take up to 8 weeks but times can vary based on complexity of request.

6. Once you’re happy with the final product you get your art!

What if i don’t like my custom pet or character portrait?

The difference between commissioning from a real artist and typing prompts into AI is this… From me, you’ll get unlimited revisions throughout the entire process.
Let me be clear about what this means:
💚 You’ll see a sketch first. If something feels off, we adjust it.
💚 You’ll get progress updates. If the direction isn’t right, we change it.
💚 At every stage, you can request changes. I don’t stop working until you’re genuinely thrilled with the result.
I want to make sure you’re not stuck with something you’re just ‘okay’ with. We’ll work together until it’s perfect.
Please be aware that extra revisions may increase time to completion.

Can I get a physical print of my custom artwork?

Yes! Physical A4 prints available as an add-on:

What if I can’t afford the total cost of my custom artwork upfront?

Payment plans are available for artwork over £150 – no judgement, I want this to be as accessible as possible! Just mention you need a payment plan when you book. This can look like:
💚 Pay 50% when you book, pay remaining 50% when the commission is complete.
💚 Split your payment into 3 – paid monthly.
💚 COMING SOON – payment via my website will be available with Klarna buy now pay later option.

How long will my custom digital artwork take?

Standard timeline is up to 8 weeks from payment, however this may vary depending on the complexity of the custom art and the number of revisions needed. For example, realistic artwork will take a lot longer than cartoon artwork. Let me know if you need it by a certain date and I’ll try my hardest to make sure it’s completed/delivered by this time although this can’t always be guaranteed.

What’s the difference between cartoon and realistic style?

Realistic artwork aims to look as close to a photograph as possible, whereas cartoon pieces are more stylised with exaggerated strokes, colours or features.

Am I able to get a refund if I change my mind?

If I haven’t yet started your artwork, full refund is available.
However, once I’ve begun the price also includes my time and skill, therefore I’m not able to offer any refund following this.
But remember: you get unlimited revisions. If something isn’t right, we’ll try to fix it 💚

What reference pictures should I send you?

For character portraits:
💚 Clear reference images from multiple angles (if available)
💚 Tell me about the specific expression or moment you want captured
💚 Any particular details that matter to you

For pet portraits:
💚 3-5 high-quality photos of your pet
💚 Photos with good lighting that show their features clearly
💚 Tell me about their personality so I can capture their energy

For couples portraits:
💚 Clear reference photos of both people
💚 Tell me about your relationship vibe
💚 Any specific details you want included (your song, special location, etc.)

For realistic portraits:
💚 High-quality photos with the best lighting possible
💚 Clear details and features visible
💚 Multiple angles if possible
